Notwithstanding that we consider our relative risk of corruption and bribery to be low, we have implemented certain procedures and controls to manage this risk, as set out further below.
c. Due diligence
We conduct due diligence as appropriate on all suppliers and other third parties with whom we interact as a business, to ensure that they meet required standards and also adhere to similar anti-corruption and bribery procedures.
d. Training and awareness
We offer guidance to all of our staff, employees and contractors, giving information about assessing and mitigating corruption and bribery risks and providing guidelines on gifts, hospitality, donations and record-keeping
e. Reporting mechanisms
We have set up reporting procedures in place for staff and employees in order to encourage early reporting of any suspected bribery or corruption risks.
f. Consequences of non-compliance
We make clear to our staff and employees the risks and potential repercussions of non-compliance.
